Ingredients

1 can of tuna, chicken, or ham (Don’t drain.)
1 – 1 1/2 cups of whole-wheat flour (or flour substitute)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (optional)

Method
(Bake at 350º for 20-30 min.)

Mix ingredients in a bowl or blender until smooth.
Add water 1 tspn at a time until it’s slightly batter‑like.
Spread the batter on a sheet pan or fill a silicone mold.
Bake for the recommended time for your pan
