- 1 – 1 1/2 cups of whole-wheat flour (or flour substitute)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
Method
(Bake at 350º for 20-30 min.)
- Mix ingredients in a bowl or blender until smooth.
